Ken Groppi established Groppi Advertising Design in 1983 after 13 years of design, printing and advertising agency experiences. For the next 3 decades, Ken and his team worked with a wide range of clients, providing expert advertising, graphic design, branding and marketing assistance; growing to become one of Boston’s top 25 design firms.

Choosing to forgo the daily grind of corporate life, Ken shifted his attention and focus to clients that prefer services on a project by project basis. Partner firms continue to handle all aspects of media planning & purchasing, television, radio & video production as well as digital marketing. Web site design is handled by Cogent Creative.
